Regina Marston
Vice President, Marketing Operations
Regina is a passionate marketing executive with over 20 years of experience leading and directing the marketing and advertising activities for a variety of companies and organizations. Her background and experience include developing integrated marketing plans, and budgets that deliver ROI, managing advertising, public relations, social media, digital marketing, experiential events, education platforms, website development, and content strategy, all while leading teams to deliver results while having fun and meeting challenges with a spirit of collaboration and excellence.
As a leader in homebuilding and master-planned marketing, Regina has experience in leading marketing efforts for national homebuilders, land developers, and master-planned communities. She has led marketing campaigns for large-scale residential master-planned developers and homebuilders across the nation including Newland Communities, Lowe Enterprises, Sun Cal, Lake Nona/Tavistock Development, Lewis Management, Taylor Morrison, Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, Ryland Homes, Park Square Homes, and others.

Chris Bare
Vice President, Brand Strategy & Development
Chris has spent more than 30 years in the marketing communications field — with 20 of those years working with some of the best companies in real estate. His specialties include project naming, brand strategy and creative, and integrated marketing communications planning and execution. Chris has developed a strong respect for a few basic principles – keep it simple, keep all platforms aligned, and amplify the tactics that are working.
Chris has worked on a wide variety of projects – from TNDs to multifamily to active adult to master planned development — including several in RCLCO’s Top 50. He has led the strategic planning and marketing for award-winning and successful projects including The Villages, Baldwin Park, Lake Nona, Lakewood Ranch, Laureate Park, Magnolia Green, Naples Reserve, Solivita, Nocatee in Florida and Summerset at Frick Park, PA.
He has also managed successful marketing campaigns for Engineered Homes, Heartland Homes, ICI Homes & Communities, K. Hovnanian and Park Square Homes. His experience also includes marketing for multi-family communities including 1788 Holdings, MD, Sotheby’s International Real Estate, NY, London Bay Homes and ZOM.
Chris received a Bachelor of Science, Public Relations degree from the University of Florida and continues his professional growth through his leadership of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.

Andrea Mane
Vice President, Strategic Marketing
An award-winning writer, public relations, and brand strategist, Andrea has developed and implemented successful, comprehensive marketing and communications programs for a host of national homebuilders and residential communities, resorts, and destinations.
Since beginning her journalism career with Gannett Media, she has held management positions in print and broadcast media companies, commercial printing, AAAA advertising agencies and corporate communications groups.
As president of her own full-service public relations and marketing agency for over 25 years, Andrea has led the PR, advertising, and marketing initiatives for clients in the homebuilding, residential real estate development, architectural product, and HVAC markets, as well as hospitality and high-tech manufacturing industries.
Andrea attended University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she studied communications and business. She spends her “spare time” enjoying lake life on the Clermont Chain of Lakes.

Kim Fitzgerald
Vice President, Creative
Kim brings over 20 years of experience in leading the brand development, marketing and advertising for a wide variety of businesses and organizations. Her creative art direction, graphic design, and marketing strategy has been utilized to create award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns for a variety of clients including banks, Realtors, high-tech, homebuilders and master-planned developers. Kim was part of the marketing team for Lowe/Palm Coast and was instrumental in the marketing of all the company’s real estate assets in Palm Coast, Florida. She was an integral part of the in-house marketing team that successfully marketed both Grand Haven and Ocean Hammock – two highly successful master-planned golf course communities.
In 1998 she launched Curley Tail Design and serves as creative director and marketing strategist. After over 30 years of design and advertising experience, she still has a passion for new business branding and logo design. Her company has been recognized as the BEST Advertising and Design Agency in Flagler County by the Flagler News Tribune 17 years running.
Kim is a graduate of Flagler College with a BA in Commercial Art. She also earned a Graduate’s Degree in Advertising Art Direction from the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, GA. Kim is active in her community and supports the Rotary Club of Flagler Beach, Flagler County Habitat for Humanity, United Way Women’s Initiative Flagler/Volusia and Chicks with Cans.

Chris Lane Jones
Vice President, Digital Content Development
Chris Lane Jones is a web developer with experience in everything from corporate-level web apps to small business websites.
He has created work for Allianz, American Airlines, StubHub, VITA (Virginia IT Agency), FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation), USDOT, AIS Network, Yellowstone Landscape, WorldStrides, Azzly EHR Software, Fisher Design & Advertising, Engage Marketing, and Elvacomm Logistics Marketing.
